You are charged by the repair NOT by the hour!  Our up-front pricing takes the guess work out of your repair bill.
Keeping your equipment clean will most certainly prolong the life of the unit.  This also included changing or washing your filter on a monthly basis.  We recommend professional tune-ups twice a year.  You can save money with our BLUE ENERGY SAVING AGREEMENT for residences.

Blue Energy Saving Agreement

 

Included are two precision tune-ups which include:

 

  • Cleaning condenser coil, evaporator coil (if accessible) and condensate drains.
  • Thermostat calibration, clean/adjust blower components, and lubricate all moving parts.
  • Clean or replace filters, measure for correct air flow, tighten electrical connections.
  • Measure volts/amps on motors, measure temperature difference and apply protective coating to outside unit.
  • Furnaces:  Clean and adjust burner assembly, clean ignition assembly, replace oil filter/nozzle as needed, clean heat exchanger or elements and monitor flue draft.
